CONDITION OF ITEMS

Lucyann Barry Luxury Resale (LBLR) is a consignment business that sells luxury designer fashions. These are all pre-owned consignment items that belong to our consignor clients. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Many items are new and unworn, others have been lightly worn and may show varying signs of wear (major flaws will always be mentioned) so a dry cleaning is recommended. Pay close attention to the descriptions, measurements and photographs to determine fit and suitability as All Sales are Final and all items are sold "As Is".

PAYMENT

Payment is due at time of purchase.

US Buyers:
      We accept online payments via:
  • PayPal e-Checks
  • PayPal - Credit Card - for transactions up to $3,000.00
  • Bank Transfers for transactions of $3,000 +
  • Western Union Money Orders
  • Cash - for items that are being picked-up.

International Buyers:
      For transactions up to $3,000.00 we accept online payment via:
  • PayPal - Your PayPal account MUST be verified with a confirmed address
  • Western Union Money Orders
      For transactions of $3,000.00+ we accept payment via:
  • Bank Transfers

LAYAWAY PLANS

Should you need more time to pay for an item, we offer a 4 week layaway play. Please email for a layaway agreement prior to purchase:
  • A 25% non-refundable deposit will guarantee your purchase
  • The remaining 75% is due in full within 4 weeks

SHIPPING, HANDLING & INSURANCE
  • Orders are usually shipped on Tuesdays and occasionally on Fridays.
  • Orders will be shipped within 5 BUSINESS days of receipt of payment.
  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and cost of insurance.
  • Insurance is obligatory and is calculated based on actual carrier rates.
  • The handling fee is a flat charge of $3.75 per shipment.
  • Any excess shipping fees will be refunded at the time of order
  • Orders are shipped to your PayPal address only.
  • Online proof-of-delivery and signature confirmation is required on all orders.

US Shipping:
  • US orders are shipped primarily via FedEx Home. Occasionally we ship via USPS or UPS.
  • Orders under $200 may be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
  • Orders over $200 are usually shipped via FedEx or UPS.

International Shipping:
  • International orders are shipped via insured USPS Express Mail only.
  • Please note: Each country has its own set of rules and regulations regarding import taxes/duties. Please check whether an item has import restrictions (for example exotic skins are restricted in some parts of the world) or whether additional paperwork is required by customs in which case you need to alert me to this before the item is shipped.
  • I do not have CITES documents for the export of exotic skins
  • International shipping fees do not include customs duties/taxes - buyers are responsible for all Customs Duty & Taxes
